We are heading towards 2017, and with it the payment of the 1st Semester HOA dues 2017. As usual, statements have been mailed to your address back in the USA and Canada. This year we have also send your statement by e-mail.

Please remember payment is due and payable by January 1st, 2017.

As many of you may remember, the HOA Office has a battery booth, where all of our Homeowners are able to toss used batteries. It is our pleasure to inform that the first pick-up of used batteries took place some moments ago. Local Company will take care of sending the Batteries to a Recycle facility on the mainland, where batteries will either be recycled or safely treated and disposed. There is only one Company here in Los Cabos that takes care of battery recycle; we are happy to be able to work with them! Please remember to continue bringing your old batteries by the HOA Office, and help us take care of our environment.
