Please be advised that our neighbor Krystal Hotel is getting ready to upgrade their 2 restaurants and sports bar by “C” and “D” Buidling. Works are Schedule to start May 1st and will take approx. 4 to 5 months to be finished. NO NEW BUILDINGS will be built, but we are expecting the first 2 months to be the noisiest ones as they will be replacing ALL of the floor tiles of that area. We have been adviced that their working hours will be from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Please note that from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm they will try to do no noise.

Summer is almost here and we will like to remind you a couple of things.
*Hurricane season: Please remember approved hurricane shutters are allowed to be in place from May 1st until October 31st.
*Remodelling season runs from May 1st to October 31st. If you are planning on making some work on your unit don´t forget the following:
All homeowners, their contractors and agents who intend to repair, improve, clean, or perform construction in or about their condos are required, prior to commencing the work:
a. To obtain written permission from the Board of Directors, b. To make a deposit of $500.00 usd with the Administrator. c. Submit a description of the work to be done and the area or unit(s) involved.

It is with true sadness that we will like to inform you of the passing away of Jack Horner (Unit D-101).
Jack was a wonderful person, homeowner and most of all a friend to all of us in La Jolla Community.
We will cherish all the happy memories we had with him through all of this years.
Our deepest condolences, love and prayers to Nita and to her family during this difficult times.
