Monthly fumigation – May

Dear Homeowner,

Please be aware of May´s fumigation schedule:

Common area grounds: On Thursday May 27th, starting at 6 am.

Fumigation inside condos: On Thursday May 27th and Friday, May 28th 

As a reminder: The product used for fumigation is recommended by the local health & sanitary department and it is commonly used on hotels, houses, grocery stores and offices.  It attacks spider, scorpion, ant, cockroach,  and other crawling animals.  It is not toxic, but it is recommend to wait 15 minutes to come back inside the unit.

REPORT OF EARTHQUAKE

Good Morning Homeowners,

Early this morning at approximately 1:48 am a magnitude 4.3 earthquake was felt in San José del Cabo.  It lasted around 3-4 seconds and some noise and light shacking was felt. Luckily no damages have been reported on the city, including La Jolla. Krystal Hotel upcoming event

Our neighbor Krystal Hotel will be hosting a dinner. Please find details below:

  • Wednesday, May 26th, 2021 from 7 pm to 11 pm (with music).

Venue will take place on their beach concession area by the deck. We expect some noise during this time, please take your precautions.

Remodeling season started

Dear Homeowners,

As you already know, remodeling season started May 1st. This is the time for homeowners to repair, improve or perform construction on their units.

Remodel works can take place within the allowed period of May 1st to October 31st.  We have so far 10 confirmed units that will start remodeling works during the month of May.

There are 2 confirmed units that will be installing new floor tile, one unit on “E” Building and another one on “F” Building. Please make sure to inform your guests/renters as it is expected some noise while the removal of the existing floor tile takes place.
