Dear Homeowners,

 Thank you for your continued input and suggestions to help improve our community here at LaJolla!  As we have been communicating, the number one priority for us at this time is improving the infrastructure, including the electrical systems, internet and TV, and we will continue to update all of you on our progress and findings.  As we continue to plan for the future, we would like to hear additional thoughts regarding what you would like to see and experience here at La Jolla and will do so with an electronic survey.

 The last LaJolla survey, conducted in 2013, resulted in a number of suggestions which were acted upon by the Board of Directors and Management.  These included:

 * Hallway tiles being replaced in all buildings

* Pool furniture being refurbished and replaced if broken

* Additional umbrella stands

* Lighting within the stairwells and hallways have been replaced with more up to date and brighter lighting

* Beach concession demarcation has been provided

 These improvements were a direct result of your input into that 2013 survey.  We are once again asking for your input, so that feasibility studies and cost studies could be completed in those areas the association feels are the greatest priority.

 We are asking that only one (1) survey per household be provided.  The survey will be open until March 1, 2017.  The results of this 2017 survey will be presented at the informational meeting in March and will be published on the LaJolla website.

Time goes by fast and is now time to pay your Property Taxes.  For those of you planning on paying them on-line; please click below for a step by step guide:


Property Tax number is almost the same for all of La Jolla Cluster I units, with the exception of the last 4 digits, that should be your Building and your unit number. Please see an example below:


It is very important that you make sure that the bill is under your name in order to make sure you are doing it right.
